Court Watch is doing an examination of the issue of child support in Canada. A constitutional challenge was made recently in a Hamilton, Ontario court which would appear to be successful. This will result in new child support guidelines having to be developed.
To help in this project Court Watch is looking for an individual with experience in the various issues relating to the filing of income tax in Ontario. We need someone to generate sample tax forms for various income structures before and after separation.
