Here's something people may or may not be aware of:

The Ombudsman of Ontario oversees The Children's Lawyer, if you have a complaint regarding service from the Office of the Children's Lawyer.. please file a complaint with the Ombudsman of Ontario by going here;

I filed a complaint many moons ago with the Ombudsman, when the Ministry did not allow me to view the THICK bible that was created on my EX.

Even though I was still married to her at the time, they refused me access to the file.

I told the Ministery I would be back in three days and they were going to open everything up.

After I called the Ombudsman, sure enough three days later I went back to the Minsitry office and the red seas parted and they handed me the file.

Since then, I do not bother with any of their legal proceedings, nor would I ever hier a lawyer.

Statutes and Act are administrative, handle them accordingly.
