Can a non-lawyer represent or speak on behalf of another in a family court case?
Any help or experience with this would be much appreciated |

Sorry buddy,
I asked this once before.
Everybody Named in a family matter speaks for themselves or gets a lawyer.
Paralegals are for traffic tickets and small stuff not this either.
For kids a Children's Lawyer may be assigned, but you want to avoid that
if you can.
Any other opinions out there?
Good luck |
