To create such a strong anxiety towards dealing with Government must suggest Government scares the shit out of me. Following any Government advice, trusting in any government Law, trusting in any government agency is the worst direction I’ve followed in my 50 years.

Government can’t solve social problems because Government is the cause of social problems and refuses to be held accountable. If I have not been able to collect child support in 8 years laws aren't working.

Perjury, fraud, obstruction of justice are all criminal offenses in family court yet it’s a well accepted practice. Failure to enforce that law causing social problems and this is the law government refuses to fix because it then makes them accountable at the high financial cost to Canadian tax payers.

As long as I’m complaining there is a government worker listening to my complaint. If I can keep any government worker discussing my problem for hours, that is hours worth of tax payer dollars going towards a government worker just taking my complaint but doing nothing about it.

If my complaint or injustice causes me to loose my mind then the government has to then pay health care expenses at a cost to Canadian tax payers. How many people are not happy with our Family court system? Both mothers, fathers and kids are all emotionally, physically suffering and they are all keeping Government workers busy at a high cost to Canadian tax payers.

IF government can’t provide proper health care then negative belief systems are formed by the victims and then they realize they must form their own sense of justice which only increases our criminal population who are only being taught at a very young age through our family court systems that CRIME PAYS. Housing our jails, paying for our judges high salaries and watching lawyers get rich off this game is nothing more then a waist of taxpayers money.

AT the end of the day, victims can no longer work and appear like Canada’s cancer society. Our minds are broken, we require long-term disability, we become homeless and suffer from addictions, which only help to numb pain.

Mean while we have a criminal society running the country. They appear happy and healthy buying top security and alarms because they know darn well they have stolen from others to gain their riches. They look down on the disadvantaged thinking they are so much better yet they can’t recognize they are destroying their own country. Running a country like this will cause a depression. Once we experience a depression the value of the dollar is worthless, it won’t matter how brilliant you are in gaining the riches – once it’s devalued it’s not worth the paper it’s written on.

Canada will suffer from a major depression. Government can’t recognize the cause of major social problems. If Government can’t recognize the cause they can’t recognize the solutions. If this government holds the ability to do the right thing then criminal charges must be layed against some judges, lawyers, both my ex husband and his new wife and his employer. There is a nice little network going on that helps criminals get away with their crimes. Break up that ring and expose what’s going on and it will stop instantly.

We’ve designed an economic system based on our extra income that doesn’t really exist. Fathers who are not paying their child support have extra cash to spend on toys, while children are not getting sufficient food. Enforcing laws will change the economy around, toy makers will suffer as they should because they are the players in this game, they depend on corruption within our court system. New jobs will be created and the economy will be stimulated and corrected by government doing the right thing.

I am a mother of 4 who is on long term disability. While raising my 4 children I have had court orders where I have to pay the deadbeat child support for the very children living in my home. Worse the provincial government is knowingly financially supporting my daughter knowing I've paid the deadbeat $100 a month child support while she lives with me.

Entertaining a life time career in our justice system will not correct the problem but rather increase costs that tax payers appear to gladly pay. Wouldn't most Canadians' want to keep their hard earned income rather then give their money away to some politician who is getting rich off this scam?

I know of a few judges and lawyers who clearly broke the law and they make a living at it WHY? They should be doing jail time for every criminal actions but they aren't. It's time to make Government look like accessories to each of these crimes if they don't want to correct it, criminally charge politicians for not doing their jobs - IT'S 2009.

Judy
p.s. we don't even have a justice system. the poor do not have access to the justice system, legal aid is not being funded and judges rule against anyone representing themselves as punishment for not hiring a lawyer. The poor will always loose and the rich will always win as seen with O.J. Simpson. This is Canada and if a mother has to pay child support instead of collect it, we have no justice system.

I think any custodial parent who is has children in their full time care shouldn't be court obligated to pay the non custodial parent so much as a dime. The money is supposed to be going to children, not to leaching bums and gov't officials.

I totally agree with both of you.

That being said, they didn't break me after all. Sure, sometimes I dislike it when the kids don't pick up the phone when I call to wish them "good night, Iloveyou", but I can't run across thealley all the time to do that!

The last time my second ex and I were in court ,our lawyers arbitrated our case, had the judge sign the papers and off we went for a coffee. My ex even drove me home.

The sad thing is, the kids waste food and one ruins things constantly, so even thuogh I am on Ontario Disability, as he is, sometimes he needs a few dollars from me. I'm happy as long as he helps me with my computer and lets me see the kids. Even if it's only on Sundays. And I'm fed, too!

I buy the coffee whan I arrive, and sometimes another one later in the day, then go home sometimes angry that he doesn't clean house as well as his mother did. I should know, because before he took over the house and his Mom had mentally declined due to strokes and heart attacks, that house was wonderfully maintained.

So,until the government smartens up, it's best we ask our lawyers for arbitration if it's only a custody matter.

Personally, sometimes I wish we could get restraining orders against the CAS for answering all the false calls from nutty neighbours and teachers who are told to call CAS for any little suspicions or dirty clothes from rolling around on the playground before class.

It would be a wondeful idea!
