Charles new video came out and I'm having trouble on his brightcove player. My internet speed is 760K connection. Any one else having trouble? I see the video is posted on you tube, I view it there with no problems.

Any one?

Sherri had to email brightcove on the quilt rac video we are getting ready to release, because it was having trouble with the HD film, They have resolved the issue..hopefully all is good now

We have received some feedback that some are having difficulty viewing as the video stutters a lot and is not streaming correctly. Although we too had a similar problem it seems to be corrected now. One of the reasons we were told was that Adobe recently updated their Flash player and Brightcove was trying to get adapted to it. The videos were filmed in HD and this too could be giving an issue if being played on an older player.

We have since posted two new videos, one is the first Episode in a weekend project "Making a Shenandoah Valley Quilt Rack." If you get a chance, visit the video page and if you are still having difficulties, please let us know.
