I suck at running but can hang in there. probably run a 15-minute mile and in four miles may not need to walk. have done a few triathlons--to completion but running slows me down.

Am an OK kayaker and OK volleyball player. not trying to be competitive, just would really like to give this crazy tri a whirl Smile.

have a place for you to stay in michigan city if you'd like and a sticker to get into the park for free.
