We have one of the best studio and shoppes in Honeoye Falls. We are setting up our spring schedule to include candle craft, soap, symbols, flora fauna, fairies, dragons and othe rtopics of interest to people who like irish culture. All our lessons can be taken by children or adults, min age 8. We are also allowing people to slect one class of interest. I am a permanently certified NYS art teacher and set this program up a few years ago. We even have a sign out that it is Irish arts. We had a big open house on St Patricks day. I am always researching crafts, symbols, fairies, ideas from the culture. Anybody who wants to jump in with a craft or visit us is welcome. Theres so much to Irish art, thats all I do now.

When you have a schedule set, just post it here and I'll make sure it gets included on our monthly calendar on the website and in the newsletter.

I will have a booth and performing group at the Honeoye Falls Festival on the Green. My schedule is coming out then for summer.

I was just wondering if the meeting is on for this 3rd Thursday? We plan to go there as is on the website. I would like to bring my teenage son along to hear the music. He is developing an interest in Irish music. He is getting away from pop music and interested in his roots, especially the music.

The meeting will be on the 19th of April as normally scheduled.

Are you on our mailing list? You should receive a monthly email about what is going on in the group and a meeting reminder a few days before the meeting (we had to send out a meeting reminder notice on friday due to some of the content being time sensitive)

Actually, i know very little other than what i learned by art study. Appears my grandfather and dad were Mollies, coal truckers from Mcgraw, NY. I have been looking it up because they were so secretive. They drove trucks to Lackawanna often where they had Mollies. My grandfather left Ireland is a hurry, haha. I am trying to do a story on the Mollies, the secret order related to coal miners. As I looked into it appears thats my roots. Mc Graw NY coal truckers who drove around Binghamton and Penns. If anybody in rochester knows of Mollies, let me know, I am fairly sure my granddad was one.
