"The Introdeuction of a seasonal Traffic Regulation Order (TRO) prohibting motorised vehicular traffic but exemptingaccess by landowners, horse drawn vehicles, motor / pedal cycles and quad bikes between 1st october & 30th april inclusive is considered necessary by the Kent County Council to prevent damage to the BOAT, prevent the use of the BOAT by traffic that is unsuitable given it's character, and to preserve its character. Removable lockable bollards will be installed to prevent 4xr4 vehicular access during prohibted period
