So by way of an intro my name is Jon, living in the Cotswolds and been using gyms for 7-8 years off and on (probably more off). Usually with pretty good results when I knuckle down to it.

My name is Pete (obviously) and I like to do a little bit of gymming and playing a shedload of sports.
Living in Gloucestershire at the moment, but have been moving around a lot over the past 4/5 years, namely France, USA and Malaysia. I'm a qualified fitness instructor and massage therapist.

I'm really into Gym, Golf, Football, Rugby, Tennis, Squash, Badminton, Swimming, Cycling, Running and pretty much anything else.
