Just thought that I would let everyone know that if you are thinking of taking up rowing and purchasing a rowing machine. Do not be tempted by cheap or clever looking machines. Only ever buy a Concept II Rower. They are the best and will last your life time. There are loads of machines out there and I have tried lots of them and I can tell you that not one has even come close to the concept II Rowers. I'll post more detail later.......
